Registration Closing Date Friday, October 22, 2010 @ 3:00 PM

Brief Description Registration for runners is 7-7:30am and for walkers (with or without your dog) is 7:30-8:00am, Sat. October 23, 2010. Race begins at 8am and walkers shortly thereafter. The 5K course is a scenic cross-country loop along a forest hiking trail. The first mile is down and back along a forest road and the remainder is a loop almost entirely under forest tree canopy. Sandhill and flatwoods ecosystems is part of a historical interpretive trail.
